Dr. Dougherty has over 40 years of aerospace experience. Beginning with his program management role at the AF Foreign Technology Division, his management experience spans multiple levels to include Deputy Direction of the Space Surveillance Division at Rome Lab and Special Assistant to the Under Secretary of the AF for Acquisition, where he was the Program Element Manager (PEM) for more than $2.5B worth of sensor and spacecraft technology development programs.
